Overview
In 1986, Reuben Conner, Vice President, joined the staff as Manager of Sales/Marketing. The office then expanded to increase the product/service mix to include legal transcription and thesis/dissertation processing.
In 1988, the company grew and introduced data entry service and inbound telemarketing to their clients.
In 1990, Gregory completed his tour with the U.S. Army and joined the staff as the Operations Manager.
In 1992, we were awarded our first off-premise management contract. Subsequently, CCC& Associates has managed and operated six customer-owned facilities.
In 1993 the marketing strategy changed to take advantage of new technology for data capture and retrieval including OCR and scanning.
In January 1999, a new 1,400 sq. ft. facility with 22 workstations was opened for data entry production. Additionally, 16 remote workstations were added throughout the Denver metro area. |

Our Story
CCC & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a Black/female (MBE/WBE/SDB) owned enterprise. The company was founded May 1, 1985 by E. Wilma Conner. The officers are E. Wilma Conner, President and Reuben T. Conner, Vice President/Secretary. Members of the Board are Reuben T. "Pete" Conner, Jr., Rodney B. Conner and Gregory B. Conner. The company is operated and controlled by E. Wilma Conner.
CCC & Associates began with the primary goal of offering growing businesses an alternative to increasing staff, installing computers and implementing other cost-saving procedures. Motto: "Your business does not have to get bigger to grow."
The company opened business in an executive suite office. The primary product was office service (i.e., word processing, 24-hour transcription, direct mailing, copies, notary, etc.).
